How to return
Email fmoe349@gmail.com within the deadline with your order number and tell us you want to cancel the purchase.

Costs and refunds
You pay the return shipping. We refund the full purchase price, including any original shipping, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or proof that it has been sent.
You may inspect the item, but you are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function.
Faulty items
If the item is faulty, you have the right to complain under applicable consumer law. Email us with your order number and preferably a photo, and we will find a solution: repair, replacement or a refund.
